MSP is an Indonesian law firm based in Jakarta – Bali. As one of very few Indonesian firms with both commercial transaction and criminal defense practices arising f rom a broad experience of representing local and foreign clients doing business in Indonesia. Our lawyers are at tuned to our client ’s needs and the cultural nuances of Indonesian business practices and therefore combined their legal skills and cultural knowledge to arrive a responsive and accurate legal solution which is customized for each client . Michael P. Simanjuntak
Michael P. Simanjuntak graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) Bandung, in 2006 for his Bachelor Degree. He earned his Master Degree from Padjajaran University (UNPAD) Bandung in 2011 majoring in Business Law.
Mr . Simanjuntak’s main practice area includes litigation, alternatives dispute resolution and general corporate. Apart from his litigation practice, he also involved in major company transaction relating Initial Public Offerings and has handled clients from various sectors and industries.
During his experiences in legal fields, Mr . Simanjuntak has handled several cases such as land and property, transportation, bankruptcy, labour and social, intellectual property, criminal case such as corruption, family law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Michael Simanjuntak is a Member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI)
